    As far as I know SEOCLERK do have projects worth $999 which is just $1 less than 1000 so why to look for other option when you have seoclerk

    I think freelancer and upwork are two good places. There are also some other places out there that are getting better these days. I am not sure how good are those project based sites. But try to find one with the escrow. And that is how you can find yourself a better developer. I have found that freelancer seems to be very active on that front. It's just harder to land new clients there these days.

    You can get it here on SEOClerks considering the fact that there are many members here who can do those jobs without much issue on hand. You can well try to work on freelancer.com if you feel that it is a good alternative for you.

    My take on big projects is to find a company that can do the work because a specialist is just one person and he might not be able to know everything about the big project. A company is more expensive but you get a lot of advantage starting with the reputation and stability of the company plus the skills that their employees have. You can post in this marketplace and also on other forums similar to this forum.
