    Is there a problem with this site?

    Hi, i'm a seller and i sold something at 10 dollars but the revenue is showing as 4 dollars this is not right.

    In the bargain, I get no sales no exposure its not very good is it


    Also, when i charge 5 dollars for a service its showing as 20 or 30 dollars?
    Whats going on here please

    Besides asking here have you tried asking support: helpdesk.ionicware.com or email: [email protected] if that doesnt work I dont know what to tell you because I have never heard of this happening to anyone

    Yes same, site only charges 20% from you. That is 2$ after 10$ deal.

    So it is better for you to get into support team , if such bug was detected

    I am using this for long time , but such issue never happed

    there is no problem in the site right now, i think one of your order was cancelled that is only it's showing less revenue, please check your all tabs of orders!
