How to use my refund for buying?

I got an mail from a seller to cancel my order he is not able to help me. So I received a refund, but i cant use it if I wanna buy a service I will be redirected to paypal.
I want to use my refund.
Can anybody help me?

Hi, you can use refunded balance to buy anything here, kindly use option "pay from your balance" to pay from refund balance and it should not redirect you to paypal.

Hello when you are going to pay for a service of seoclerk. There should have a option "Pay From Your Balance". you can pay money from clicking that option .if the second service price is biggger than the refunded service you will be re derect to the paypal account for pay remaining money.

if you are trying to purchase a subscription, you will be redirected to Paypal as those cannot be made via your SEOClerks account. At this point, you could ask for a refund to your funding source and then make a purchase via Paypal, as needed. That's assuming this was for a subscripton, multi-month service such as hosting or SEO services.
