How to get a refund on a auto-completed, rejected order?

I order this: "ahmedjadoon will give you 3 BEST Traffic Bots EVER to Boost your Alexa and much more!! for $8"

I got the order and the first one I tried to open set off my anti-virus. I quickly deleted and was worried to even try the other two softwares. I rejected the order then complained to the seller, his response was what about the other two. I responded after the AV warning I was worried to open anything else and besides I ordered 3 and should not have to settle for less and infect my computer. He sent again, I rejected again but because I was at the hospital and could not get to my computer this order auto-completed. How do I get a refund? This seller does not deserve a little of my money, shows his character since he knew I rejected twice and why.

Hello wolfddmc,

Software sold on SEOclerks should not be making your AV programs go off unless it's a "false positive" but that's questionable too.

Just message about him to the seoclerk team that he is distributing virus in here and they will automatically take care of rest and will take decison themself on it whether to suspend him or not.

He has it listed in a readme that it will give youb a alert in certain AVs but it is not and is ok. Well I trust my AV over any seller or software and will not risk it. I am a fairly new user so I thouht a listing here would get attention. oops

You should really open a ticket and tell the support about that. A friend of mine had the same problem, he also got a virus from a software he bought. The seller also tells him that is not from his software, but a few hours later was the service not available any more. So take contact to the support
