    Why am I not upgraded to level 3?

    I am here around 1 1/2 years, done around 20 purchases and was in level 2 as a buyer.

    However recently I started to work as a seller too. Then I was marked as level 1 seller,

    With that I have completed around 26 sells, with 100% rating..
    No issues so far,
    3 hours response time

    except the withdrawal of money , I have passed the requirement of level 2...

    But as I feel, I have completed the requirements of level 3.
    I contacted the custom service and they mentioned always it is upgraded automatically..

    So, What I need to know is can't I go for level 3 by passing the level 2 as a buyer..

    First withdrawal should be 1 month ago I guess thats you are not leveling up, withdraw your money and another is first completed sale should be 60 days old.Read carefully https://www.seoclerk.com/userlevels/ .

    I think now they have given me the exact reason, So I have to complete level 2 by withdrawing money, then I can go for level 2..

    SBA Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
    SBA Login Very Often (once per 7 days)
    SBA First Completed Sale is at least 60 days old
    SB Have a 90% rating or higher
    S 72 Hour or less response time
