How can I cancel an order if it is not started yet?

Hello sir,
I have ordered a man by mistaking. Now i want to cancel it. I haven't give him anything that means order is not start yet , Pls give me some information how to cancel or avoid it. Pls look at this

Hi there,

you can not see the "CANCEL ORDER" button if the status of your order is still PENDING. Try to complete the next stage first by giving the requirements of the service or just post anything. You should see any "Expected delivery" date after doing that.

Then, you will be able to see the "CANCEL ORDER" at the top of the message bar.
