Paypal Error Can Not Login ?

I am trying to pay on Seoclerks via Paypal but something is wrong. My connection is fine and I already cleared browser
cache; I also tried a different browser but it did not work. I keep getting an Internal Server Error

"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster at paypal.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error."

The error probably has occurred due to paypals error sir.
Try again a few hours later and if this hasnt worked i would contact paypal and seo clerks admin also to see were the problem lies sir.
