How about the seller who didn't even respond and finish the job when it is already late ?

Hi, currently i have and order with the seller. It was about 18 June that i ordered from him and the expected time was 21 and he said he will complete it. But up until now 24 June, he didn't complete it and the WORST things is he didn't respond my messages EVEN his last login time are TODAY
So what should i do ?
Should i report something like this ?

Hello,

Don't worry about that. Put an update on the order page and an order cancelation request. Either the seller will respond your message and deliver your order or the order will automatically cancel within 2 days. You will get a complete refund.

You can go for cancelation request if you don't want to continue working with him, your order should be canceled in 48 hours and your money will return back to your account unfortunately you can't withdraw it back to your PayPal or bank account

Wait for some time. May be come back your worker. May be he facing some problem. When he overcome his problem must be he come back. So no tension.

I have one right now who just disappeared in the middle of doing a job.
He hasn't signed in for 6 days either. I hope he is okay.
Does anyone know how long someone has to be late before the site cancels the job. Or if it even does that.
