    How to correct negative review into positive?

    Dear All
    One of my buyer give me a negative rate by mistake. He massaged me & told me that he rated me negative by mistake & now he wanted to give me a positive rate. Please let me inform is there any process to do this?

    Hey Friend!
    Just ask the buyer to visit the service description page from where he ordered your service. There in the ratings, ask him to find his review. There will be an edit button next to his review, just ask him to mark it positive and press submit.
    That's it..!

    It is so because that review was old ( given one month ago). If it is done in a day or two, you can edit it. The edit button will appear next to the review.
