I was just level 3 and now I am level 1?

I was just level 3 a couple minutes ago. I sold my traffic software and right after selling it I went down to level 1. Can anyone explain? I dont get why this would happen? This is really confusing me and just wants me to stop selling here because of small errors like this. It hapened on my other account and then it got banned for no reason and now on this account?!?!!?!??!?!?1 Whats wrong????????

Hi,

There are many reasons why people demoted to level 1 or 2 from 3, i can't exactly say about you because everything seems fine here. It may be a automatic system bug but you can get your level 3 back, just you have to contact support: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

How can you be on level 3 before fulfilling all these requirements??

Level 3 Requirements:

Completed 25 Orders/Purchases/Affiliate Sales on time
Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
Login Very Often (once per 7 days)
First Completed Sale is at least 60 days old
Have a 90% rating or higher
72 Hour or less response time
