Deposit money to paypal from the balance?

I bought a service and he gave me back my money because he refused to do it, and now i have 10$ in seoclerks balance but i want them back to my paypal..
I really need it as soon as possible because its not my money its my friends and he told me to give him back the money..

Friend, If you want this issue to be fixed and you get your money back to paypal then you should try contacting SEOClerks Support for this issue and they are best in solving any kinda issue asap...!!

You cant, once it gets deposited here on seoclerks then you cant get it out... You can try to contact admin and ask them that this was a misunderstand and you can go from there. But the person you were talking to is one of the owners of seoclerks so basically you cant report him because that would be like reporting yourself. He has all the power of seoclerks. If they still say no, try to contact the bank account that the paypal is connected to and tell them that you did not do that transaction and you should get the money back.
