What this level really means?

I am new here!!
and i really don't understand what this level out here really means.
Can anyone pls tell me in simple language what this levels really means.
Mine is 1 and some have 2 and 3, i saw the level page.
But really din't understood what it means...
So can u?

level is a means of growing in the seoclerks community.The higher you go in sales,forum contributions and faq question answering, the higher your level will grow too and the better for your services.

Level 1 is starter level. When someone joins the site he/she is given level 1. When you get level 2, then it is beneficial for you as in level your payment clearance takes 9 days but when you get to level 2 these days are decreased. When you get to level 3 then it takes less payment clearance period. There are some more limitations in level 1 which become lesser and lesser as you get to the highr levels. The higer is lvl the better seller it is!

simple as it is! Usually u can always trust higer lvl sellers, as they have worked out their lvls.

For increase Your level You should follow this ruls:
    Completed 10 Orders on time dgf
    Have a 90% rating or higher
    Answered or asked 20 SEO Questions in the FAQ
    Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
    Login Often (once per 14 days)
    Account is at least 7 days
    Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old
    First Completed Sale is at least 30 days old.
