I need help with my orders, They are clearing, What does that mean?

Hi, So this is the case.
Some of my orders that ive completed and is completely done are now saying CLEARING?
I got 3 orders clearing at the moment clearing.
What does that mean? I don't get it?
And one guy wanted refund even if i already delivered his work? I took a straight guess and i told him , I don't think you can refund when you already rated my work?
Help me thanks?

Hi Friend,

Level 1 account user it takes 10 days to clear your money you got from orders.
If there is still problem you can raise a ticket for further help

Hello Friend
OK Clearing means the Payment is Transferring to your SEOCLERKS account it will take 9 Days to Clear the Payment
Because you are on Level 1
after Clearing Finish and after 9 days you will have Payment in your SEOCLERKS account and then you can Transfer it
to your PAYPAL account
one guy wanted refund ??
ok if you think that you had DELIVERED your Job Properly and Honesty Ignore that Don't refund the Payment

For level 1 user it takes 10 days to clear your money you got from orders. And after 10 days of order completion date the money will come into your account balance.
And one the order is complete and rated no refund can be given.
So don't care about that.
