    what it mean???
    and where i go to find the rules???

    i have a infraction,but i sent a ticket and they says remove infraction. now i can massage but cant use the forum.is that a problem for going level 2?

    first you should clear that what kind of infraction you are having ?
    DId you submitted the ticket to remove infraction or to get some kind of sevice or level up?

    As you are having infraction that means you have broken rules of seoclerks.  If you break rules then you will get infraction.
    and if you want to remove infraction then you should wait till the deadline OR submit a ticket to remove infraction that you are having.

    I was marked spam and cant sent massage to anyone.but i submit ticket and problem solved by seoclerks. but since then i cant use the forum and it says error and i was marked as a spam.
