Hello friends i saw on Level Page can any body tell's me what is this
and where will I get User Level Ticket

Note: Upgrades to user levels are automatic. Please wait at least 20 minutes before entering a ticket about user level promotions if you have not been promoted yet.

Where can i get the Ticiket ??

Hello,
The user levels are being updated automatically, which means that whenever you meet the requirements for another level you'll be upgraded to that level automatically. In case you don't get upgraded automatically, (after 20 minutes of meeting the requirements) you should send a ticket to the support and explain the situation. You don't send tickets asking for a new upgrade if you don't meet the requirements.
