why a limit of 5$ is for level 1 users to sell their services?

I want to sell my services for a bit low price but because of Seo terms and conditions I can only sell for a minimum of 5$. Is there any way to sell services for a fairly low price.
And what are the requirements to reach level 2 or level X.

Hi..

You can not sell from $ 5 to other prices. They put limits. but will sell ads can open service by discounting.
Thus, you would have purchased at the price you want.
Open Ad sales discount will you do when you can do.

The reason for this is because it would mean a flood of $1 meaningless services with the single goal to gain user level as quickly as possible. This also means less focus on delivering a quality service to their customers. For $5 people expect more so you need to deliver and work for the right to have more flexibility. This is a very good strategy and has the added bonus of giving you a sense of accomplishment.
