What is positive feed back?

How is it help us? I know that by it our account’s standered is increased. But why do all buyers not give? I completed many orders and many buyers sent me positive feed back but I couldn’t understand that One buyer sent me two negative feed back at a time. Where was my wrong

Feedback is often given once your service has been delivered and set as complete. If you provided a quality service within the timeframe set, you will often receive positive feedback. However some buyers may forget about the service and therefore not leave feedback. I can't explain why you receive negative feedback but it could be for many reasons including, but not limited to, delivering the service late, providing a bad quality service or not delivering the service at all. If you feel it has been given unfairly, you can contact support.

when you are doing best working and delivering what client need and what his/her requirements then she/she will left positive feedback means he is really happy with your services. you should always deliver your work on time.

Hii frnd.. positive feedback is that when u work best 4 ur customers n also on time.. in this way they gives u the positive review or like ur service.. the percentage level indicates ur positive feedback.. thanks
