How can the Forum Post method help a seller in SEOclerk?

Hi guys,
I have joined in the SEOclerk about two months ago but I don't know about the 'Forum Posts ' method? If we go to the left side on the page of our Public profile, certainly we see 'Forum Posts' option Under User Details. How can the Forum Post method help a seller in SEOclerk? Please help paying my answer in details. I hope the exceptional answer from you all.
