    How to Find out niche keywords before creating websites?

    Hi Everybody
    It is necessary to have the niche keywords in website for seo. I would like to know the answers regarding the techniques that are generally preferred in keyword searches now a days in SEO markets before creating any websites.
    I would also like to know where these keywords should be used in websites for SEO Purposes i.e. In name of website or in the content of website !

If you cannot find a domain name for your preferred keyword, you can choose different domain extension. Your site title should also contain keyword. What keywords to use depends on the niche of your website. If you want to create a website on lingerie niche, you can explore keywords as bras, panties, swimwear, underwear, bikini etc.
    You should target your keywords target depending on the niche of your website.
    When you are ready to publish content on your website, your content should contain 5 percent keywords in the body. Your primary keywords should also appear on the title and content description.
