Can we rate for the buyers before delivering our work?

Hi guys,
I am a level 1 user , and i just want to know that can we rate for the buyers before delivering our work , because these days i am getting the orders from fake buyers , but i can't stop that orders, atleast if i give a negative gig they will stop sending me fake orders, so pls any one help me.

No you can't. You can only rate a buyer when he/she rate you or you can also do this when the order is completed in 5 days. Rating buyer before delivering order is not allowed.

Hi seowins,

The option to leave feedback for the buyer opens up after they have left feedback on your Service. You'll be able to leave feedback in the form of a reply with the positive and negative options from the Service page.
