Which website is best for social exchange?

I want to work with likes so i need social exchange website.Which website is best for that.I want fixed like they do not drop.I want to sell facebook,twitter,youtube likes.How can i find this kind of website?Please help me if any body know about this kind of website.I do not want to use any panel or any kind of software.
