    How can i communicate with buyer?

    Hello,
    I am SEO Clerk Member.i can't able to communicate with any buyer.what is the process.how to i communicate with buyer.i don' know about this system.if anybody know about this.so please help me.what is the actual process.

    Hi tanjina,

    If you have an active order your best option for communication will be through that order page. You can find your orders through the main navigation above, BUYER > Shopping > My Shopping

    Alternatively users can be contacted through the on site inbox. You'll find a 'Contact' link on all users Service pages as well as their profile pages.

    Method 1:
    1) Go to the buyer's profile.
    2) Click "Contact" next to the buyer's profile picture.
    3) Send whatever message you want to sent them.

    Method 2:
    1) Go to BUYER > MANAGE > WTBs / WTTs
    2) Click on the service you've ordered.
    3) Send them a message.

    These are all the methods I know. Hope it helps!

    Method to communicate with buyer
    1) Go to the buyer's profile.
    2) Click "Contact" box it will show next to buyer profile.
    3) than create your message and send it to buyer. And if you have any question you can ask

    To communicate with a buyer without any orders, Go to the buyer's profile, Click the contact button, Write what you want to talk with him.
    Or go to https://www.seoclerks.com/conversations/WRITETHEBUYERSNAMEHERE and click compose new button.

    Hi dear.
    To communicate with buyer is very simple & easy. Fastly go to the buyer profile, after Contact box it will show next to buyer profile, than create your message and start to communicate with buyer.
