Why completed orders not effect rating?

Hi,

I have completed 82 orders till now, but only 44 members give me reviews, Why every members not give reviews after the job is completed? and if only 1 members give negative reviews then all of good work is in trash(Because other members didn't give review of good delivered services).

Don't you think by default if member didn't give review for let's say 3 days after order is completed then it should be counted as positive review?

Hi paymentsofme,

I do not think that would be a good idea, sellers have the right to leave how they feel about a Service and just as much of a right to not leave anything. If they don't leave anything it does not mean you(or anyone) deserve positive feedback.

All you can do is provide the best possible Service and leave a polite reminder to leave positive feedback if they're happy.

To answer your question, some people are just sometimes lazy and do not want to leave a review.
If you'd like a review for every order you complete, I suggest you add some incentives.
Example: If you are selling Facebook likes, tell them if they leave a positive review within 24 hours you'll give them an extra 100 likes.

I think that Seoclerks should change something about the rating for services, that did not got rated by the buyer. It should give some positive % when the buyer did not rate the service. I know that many buyer, don´t want to give a review, that´s why seoclerks should change the system to give a little

when order get completed status and the buyer not give you any rating/review, that won't give any effect on your rating.
some buyer didn't give review because many reasons such as :
1. Buyer very busy
2. Buyer not love to give review
3. Buyer not want public to know they order your service.
4. Buyer not understand about rating
5. Buyer not fully satisfied

Yeah, But what I am saying is that the order should be marked as positive reviews if buyer didn't give any review after curtain amount of days as order is marked as completed after 5 days of delivery.

I understand what do you mean ;)
but for that suggestion, you can contact the support.

but one again, if buyer not give any review/feedback/rating to you, that will not give any effect to your rating. but every orders completed will count for Level.

i think this is the thing mostly buyer do. they don't give review they know if they will give review then order will be marked as complete and they will not be able to reject the order if something bad occur

Hello! May be buyer don't log in seoclerks. What he provide you he can also check that out without log in seoclerks. In the seoclerks have lot of buyer who don't log in regularly because they don't have enough time. So You have to happy with that.

I do agree with ?Karoshio, Its totally upto buyer whether he/she wants to leave +ve feedback , -ve feedback or no feedback at all.. and if you have provided good service you can always send a gentle reminder to buyer for good feeback and recomandation as well.

If a user doesn't give feedback you can always try asking them to give you feedback and if they login and still don't give you any feedback. Well you win some you lose some and you could always give them a negative buyer rating.
