What does it mean by withdrawal?

I'm working my way to level 2, but I have just one question.
Below it says I need to have a withdrawal that's over 20 days old.

By "withdrawal" does it mean I have to just have it in my SEOClerks balance or do I have to send it to my Pay-Pal or bank?

Requirements

Completed 10 Orders on time
Have a 90% rating or higher
Answered or asked 20 SEO Questions in the FAQ
Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
Login Often (once per 14 days)
Account is at least 7 days old
Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old
First Completed Sale is at least 30 days old

Hi adamitude,

"Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old" put simply means you must have withdrawn money from your SEOClerks balance at least once and that it was at least 20 days ago since you did.

It does not matter which method of withdrawal that you choose.

"Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old" mean You need withdrawal your earning to your pp acc.
Click your balance and set your email pp acc. Then click withdrawn your earning.
