    You can use social media exchang sites for likes but they don't work on most of the sites!! Having your own server is a good thing but it will cost you alot, What i suggest you is to make reseller account on any other server and they will send give you likes on cheaper price.

    Try to contact other fanpage with similar niche with yours. Not the very same niche, but close enough. Talk to the politely about advertising in their fanpage. Not all fanpage will reply to your message. And several could charge you money. But if your fanpage is informative and not money oriented, the big fanpage owner can help you

    First off, you need to make regular posts to your fan page like once a day at least. Next is that the posts should have substance in terms of information and make it interesting enough so as to be liked by the readers. When done, you can post the link of your fan page on your timeline for your friends to see. You can also check for forums that allow such posting of links to your fan page. It is better than paying to get likes to your page
