How is link building now after google penguin 2.0?

Hi,
Every time Google update their algorithm many sites get down to the earth.The traffic decrease dramatically and rank goes down. So here my question is how to fight with the latest Google penguin 2.0 update. Which types of sites will go down due to this update. What should be the link building strategy to overcome this 2.0 penguin update by Google.

This change has and can affect tons of different sites. Many sites now are seeing major visible decreases in their count of views. So it is safe to say that link building is now going to be a bit harder but a bit more important due to this update. It is still very important in the process to making a successful site but it will take some time as well as it always has.
