The best free site builder?

Hi, I have been having major problems with Frontpage and am ready to download a diffrent free website builder, what's the best one? and how would i upload my current pages to my new builder? Recommend a best and free site builder where I can build sites easily.
People always like to build their first site on free platform to get an experience.So your answer will be helpful.

Well, one that I know of and enjoy using is one known as 1 on 1. It is easy to use, the layout is neat and it is all around easy to learn. If you plan to make a forum, try PhpBB, MyBB, or ForuMotion. Those are good forum ones to use but for just websites, I enjoy 1 on 1.

I mostly liked www.weebly.com. Because its features are very good and its a do-follow website also. Its page rank is also high. I really love to build free website with weebly.com.

I think Weebly is one of the best website builders. However, if you are using a custom domain with the premium version of weebly, your running cost for the website will be higher. You might have to pay around $4 every month.
Wix is also a good website builder and it cost around $5 every month.
