    hello i have website with 500-1000 usa visitors per day
    all visitors come from google.. site is ranked on google..
    daily income is 5-12 €
    what would be its price?
    site have stabile positions and income..
    site is on flash game niche..
    i dont want to sell it i intereste only with price

    Well, at $5 per visitor you are looking at $2,500 minimum and $5,000 mix and if you are looking at $12 per visitor, you are looking at about $6,000 minimum and $12,000 max.

    However it's not $5 per user as she explained. It's her daily average earnings and she gets around 500-1000 users a day in average. I too can't think of a price for it.

    If your site gets major portion of traffic from search engine then you can get approx 10 times of the monthly earning earned by site. 10 times or equal to a year of income is the industry standard.

    5$ a day visitors earning you 150$ per 30 days. And 150*12 for a year. That can turn out to be a good income. I'd suggest to sell such website for around 3500$ onwards. Because the website seems to have potential. Do share your Google analytics details so that people can see that you're telling them the truth. Because it's hard to sell and buy website based on the speculation. So it helps to have some sort of analytics in place for this to work. I think for each one of us the website requires a lot more traffic in the due end.

    The actual price of your site is the money that the buyer is willing to pay. In other words, your site worths as much as the buyer pays. A good way to sell your site is through auction, you will get the best price.
    How much your website selling price should be based on the number of traffic and revenue.

    We can put a price on your site but from your analysis, if you're to sell it,I believe you'll sell it well and for a good price because the blog has potential.With that number of traffic from the top countries and the revenue accrued daily, we will be looking at thousands of dollars in years to come.
