how can we get information of fall or rise of dollar?

As the hike in the dollar has stopped and rupee has become normal...
but how can i get information about it if again it starting rising or falling..
kindly provide me appropriate answer for this because sometimes i have been passed through many troubles and losses...
so kindly provide me the answer as soon as possible...
I will highly appreciate him/her...
