how can i manage the rates on seo?

Hi....
I wanna ask that how can i manage rates on seo??
As now a days rates of the services particularly of instagram followers are going on peak..
so how can i manage them so that i can get more and more orders and i will give my best from my side....

To get your services rated, you have to do more and more orders and get a lot of positive feedbacks to your services from your customers. To get positive feedbacks, you have to give your customers a very good service.

not manage you,
your rate is given by buyer if buyer give you positive so your rate is increase and rate negative so your rate is down.
