What to do with excess amount?

Lets think that I have deposited $100 dollars in my seoclerks account and I spent $50 dollars and I don't want to spend another $50. Can I withdraw the remaining $50 using Payza or PayPal.

And what is the minimum amount for withdrawal

You can not withdraw your SEOclerks balance. Furthermore, there is absolutely no option to withdraw SEOclerks balance. You can only withdraw your account's available balance.
