Process for create a coupon?

I worry about creating a discount coupon..

I have never created one before.
Is there any extra costs for buyers if they use my coupon?
Is there any extra costs for me if I create a coupon?

Hello INSTANTSERVICES,
You have nothing to fear. If you offer discounts on any of your services you will be the one in charge. You make this available in your service details. Create the coupon and choose the percentage. After that you just save the service and starts to give away the coupon code.

If you create a coupon for any of your service like "give you 20% off" by using this code "coupon etc." Then buyer get 20% off on your service. It has one profit it increase your sales sometimes !
