    payoneer is an online payment card system. It is good to use all i have with it is that they charge too many charges

    If you are not from the US, you can use a payoneer card to withdraw money from your Paypal balance from any ATM with the master card logo. As you know getting money from Paypal if you dont have a US bank account is almost impossible and Payoneer gives you a US bank account to boot

    Yes i have been using payoneer and it has the best services . Frequent transactions and not too much security issues . it depend on you that what limit you set for your card withdrawal . Easy to use
