    What we do if buyer not give any feedback?

    I have completed orders of buyer, but after successful completion of order buyer didn't respond me. he not give +ve feedback nor -ve and also discontinue from message. Is any problem for me, if buyer didn't and me feedback.

    Hi SEO365,

    There's really nothing you can do in thos sitautions as they're just a normal part of working within SEOClerks. Feedback is optional and the reality is that buyers get nothing from giving you feedback so unless you give them good enough reason to they are not likely to bother. In additions a lot of cases where this happens is also because they either never checked the order or simply don't even realize it's possible to do it.

    All you can relally do it provide the best possible Service and leave a friendly reminder.

    The buyer is at liberty to either give a feedback whether positive or negative or not to rate your service at all. All you can do is appeal to him to give you a positive rating but you cannot force him if he does not give. A positive rating is good for you but as long as he does not give a negative rating you are ok.

    You no need to worry for not rating. you have to request for positive rating. and also you can offer some bonus links or likes etc to give positive rating. so buyer also can show interest to respond to give rating. Always positive rating is good for your sales. If there is no rating no need to worry.

    If buyer are doesn't give you positive or negative feedback, it's not any problem. Positive feedback is good for your service but buyer doesn't give you negative feedback is ok for you.

    buyer is independent for give feedback. so take good care of every buyer and call him for give positive feedback. some buyer are already give feedback but if any buyer not give you feedback than we seller can nothing can do.

    Some buyer won't give feedback. But some buyers do give feedback.
    For level you only need to complete the order in time. At first I thought I need feedbacks for level. But now I understand how level up happens.

    The buyer has a choice to either give feed back or not. If you do a good job then definitely they are going to give you a feed back. If still they do not give a feed back then you can message them and ask for it and tell them if they are 100% satisfied with your job or not.

    I think you can request Buyer to leave his/her feedback!
    And I'm sure if you did a good job, he/she will sure take a minute to leave 1 feedback for you.

    You can contact the buyer for that if he has liked your service he won't mind giving some feedback to your profile but don't get dishearten if you don't get either but you should continue to give quality service because that will be your main goal and feedback will come gradually.

    You can request your buyer for positive rating while delivering. For this reason you can add some bonus in your service than you promised. But positive rating is not a mandatory to go ahead in seoclerks.

    If buyer satisfied with your service than he or she will leave a positive feedback and rating. You can also use messaging service and ask him to give feedback on the service.
