Yes Google +1's really help to increase your page rank in google. If you have 1000+ google +1's to your website then you will increase your pagerank. Recently i have been increasing my website's google +1 bookmarks as well.

Yeah G+ will be calculated by Google Search Engine. Along with G+.Try to improve the FB shares and Tweet. Damn sure you will be getting results in less than 2 weeks

only google+ votes are doesnt improve your google page rank but if your all social media votes and shares are more than your search engine have notice your traffic and than must be your page rank will go up.

Yes it does. When there is a +1 on your post, it means somebody likes your post. When someone likes your post, Google will like your post. +1 sends social signal to Google search. More +1 means more social signals. Social signals have positive impact on google search engine rank page. However, you should also try to get likes on Facebook and Twitter as well. Likes on social media imporves your search engine rank through the social signals they generate.
