    An order with extra service was cancelled by mutual agreement, how do I get paid for the extra service that was also supplied?

    An order with extra gig was cancelled by mutual agreement, how do I get paid for the extra gig that was also supplied? The main gig was $10 the extra gig was $5, when the order was cancelled the buyer was refunded the whole $15 even when only the $10 gig was cancelled. How do I get the $5 back since I supplied the extra gig with the main gig?

    You will not be paid if the buyer have urged you for mutual cancel. If you agree to mutual cancel then you won't get any money from the service( both the service). So you should try to contact the buyer and you can convince him that you will re- do the work and this time he will like the service.

    As you canceled it you wont get any money i am sorry. But extra options are not a different Service so it counts as one so if you refound an order they will get back all the money they used to buy your services. Next time maybe add a 50% money back instead of full.
