Where can I put the banner for my affiliate link?

when I go to promotional resources , there are different type of banners to choose from. when I click on any of them there's a code, I copied it so where should I put this on my facebook and twitter page ? I need this to get affiliate from my friends. and also for them to earn

hey guys, you can not put a banner on twitter. as there is no option to put html code on twitter. you can place only your affiliate link on you bios. if you want to add on your fb profile, you need an apps to put a banner on your profile. i have add some banner on my profile. but i am forget about the apps name.
