How To Make Home Base Virtual Server ?

I was wondering some one Tell me That Method !

Actually i have 2 TB External HDD and i have to many free space on my HDD so i want to share my HDD online for Rant ! if any one know please tell me what i do ... i mean please Explain me witch type of hardware or software i need for running this system ...!
