    Adsense account is for those website who is has good readers etc. and with google adsense ads they can easily make good money ! No adsense will not work as any "SEO Service" becuase it has no connection with SEO. Once you get approved it take around 24 hours for your account to be ready after that you can create ad units and place it on your site.
