Is it possible to get my money back after I've paid for the order already and the seller haven't delivered the orders yet?

So, I ordered twice from a seller, that I'm used to buying from him. I probably ordered more than twice from him. But one day he suddenly dissapers, I tried many attempts to contact him but I've received no answer. Is it possible I can get my money back?

Yes raise mutual refund request. You can do that from your shopping tab. If he agrees you will get refund instantly or else it will take around three to four days. You dont need to worry as long as you haven't rated the task as completed

I think so,
You could just get a full refund if the seller didn't agree to give you a full refund then you'll have to contact support which is easier and really better.

If the seller doesn't deliver the order to buyer.. then the seller can do the request to cancel the order by the mutual cancellation request... after doing that ur money will be refund to you in some time..

Sure, it on the terms and conditions of the site, you can certainly have your refund if you click on the mutual refund requesting in your shopping tab and ask for a refund.I believe money doesn't get to sellers here so easily, at least it takes days before it can automatically hit their account.
