in my opinion, the fastest way to get rank and especially for new youtube video is to buy views, comments and likes. this push your video to the first or second page depending on the views quality and number. but i have no exact idea about ranking facebook pages

The fast way to get rank i think would be to optimize your page all over the internet. Try to spread it in most of the popular sites i.e. create good backlinks. Try to have good content before you start posting about it. Target a specific audience first and do your work of spreading it. It will be very hard to put backlinks everywhere over the internet.

For a Youtube video, I guess you need to promote it in any website that is allowed promotion like social media, forums and blogs. With the Facebook page, you also have to promote it in Facebook among your friends. And better to ask your friends to share the promotion so their friends can also check on your Facebook page. If you will do the promotion of your interests every day then that will cause the improvement of the ranking of your website.
