    What method do you recommend withdrawing money, western union or pay pal?

    I would like if someone used western union, are charged with money when downloading, because I would in the future than they withdrew money, because when you withdraw money to pay pal then so I could have used to pull the card and it's every time $ 5 less so a lot of commissions.. Has anyone pulled in Bosnia and Herzegovina, since I live in that state, what is your previous experience and what is your best suggestion for that. Any advice I welcome, and thank you so much for your help

    I am using western union method. there have been no charged. you can use western union .

    PayPal is the best way to send and receive money online - their reputation has proved that over the years.
    Just don't use your PayPal account for anything illegal, they will limit your account and "freeze" your money.
