If a seller and I came to a cancelation agreement, how do I get the money I spent (which is now in my balance) back onto my paypal account?

I spent $35 and I now have $35 in my account balance but can't or don't have the option to withdrawl it or put it back onto my PayPal. How do I do this? I don't want to spend the money on site anymore. I just want my money back to Paypal. Can you please help me get a refund?

The important thing to remember is that you can receive a refund to your funding source if you paid via Paypal.
You may submit a support ticket to ask for a refund to your Paypal or funding source, once the order is canceled and funds to returned to your balance.
