    Actually Youtube Video Get's Listed On The Basis of Quality, Feedbacks, Likes, Social Population, Having Good Title And Have Some Quality Keywords. 

    For Example If Your Video Tutorial is About Blogging Then You Could Use The Keywords Such As: Blogging Tips, How To Blog? Tutorial, Blogging in easy process, Get Started With Blogging, Blog In better Ways. So try to follow and get your tutorials in the first page of Google how can i make my youtube video on the 1st page in google??

    Choose a good keyword to get ranked high on google. it also depend on the theme your video have. but backlinks and organic traffic for your video, would help as well.

    Use good keywords for your video title and video link. I noticed that if I use killer keywords in the title of the video, I get more traffic than the others. In addition, do share your video links at forums, your own blog, social medias and promote with short summaries.

When you post the link of your video in social media networks, you get the benefit of free traffic when readers would click on the link and thereby view your video.
