    There are quite a few ways to do that. But most of them us an automated view generating software, that uses bulk amounts of proxy accounts, which are like different users, and then they send out those views to the youtube video, which ends up increasing the view counter.

    Some of them share the youtube video link to social media websites, like facebook and twitter.

    There are some more ways, but these are the most used ones.
