    if you got Infraction from admin then it happen or if your rating go below 90% then it happen or your question answer is go below your level requirement then it happen.......

    If you get infraction of negative feedback that makes your ratings go down below 90% then you will lose your level and will be demoted to level 1 !

    Many reason your level can down:

    Infraction due to break TOS
    Question answer may decrease less then level Norms
    If your positive rating down below 90%

    your positive rating down to 90% or less...
    --you have infraction of any types..
    --numbers of your answer and questions is down..
    --cause less report / spamming to another
    these are reasons for level down in seoclerks..
