For me, it is the contents that is the focus of my attention regarding the SEO capability of the website. Uploading new contents tend to give it a good rating in terms of SEO that when you frequently upload good contents, the ranking in the search list will go higher and higher. Good contents means unique and with substance and no grammatical errors. Copied contents especially from popular websites will harm the SEO capability of your website so you have to be aware of that angle.
