I have no approach..but u can impress buyer by your other positive rating

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

Well, try to explain to them what happened, and what did cause the reason for them to give you negative feedback. Also make them an offer, to do a small amount of your service for free, so they can see that you will deliver on time and good this time, and that there will be no problems that leaded for you getting the negative feedback on the first place.
