if you do not deliver on time, do not communicate properly then you may get negative feedback.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

Many factors: Being late with your service, not responding to them, not delivering as you promised, or not delivering a high quality service.

You should add all info to your service page, so that there are no missunderstandings, so the buyer knows everything he needs to know, before ordering.

Also try to be as nice as you can to your buyers, always try to over-deliver, and update them frequently on your progress. This will make the chances of your negative feedback minimal.
