Everyone starts out at Level 1. This is the base level and requires no other effort.

Limitations

    Can't create services for less than $5
    Can't Create services for more than $100
    Can't Create Coupons that lower a service price more than $5
    Longer Clearance Period for Funds
    Can't Create Instant Downloads
    Can't Create Subscription Services
    Withdrawals can go under review, resulting in longer waiting

in level 1 it takes 9 days to clearing and where as in level 2 it takes only 4 days.and in level 2 you can give your service for less than 5$ also.
and also you can get preference to get some orders.

1. Level 1 can't submit feature gig but Level 2 can submit feature gig
2. Level 1 Can't Create Subscription Services but Level 2 can create Subscription Services
3. Level 1 can't create services $1 But Level 2 can create services $1
4. Level 1 user payment clearing time maximum 14 days & Level 2 user payment clearing time maximum 9 days
5. Level 1 user can't create services more than $100 but Level 2 user can create services more than $100
6. Level 1 user Can't Create Instant Downloads but Level 2 user Can Create Instant Downloads
7. Level 1 user can't withdraw amount less than $10 but Level 2 user can withdraw less than $10.
